VIALAB offers you a comprehensive cleaning protocol using ultrasonic baths, combined with our plant-based bitumen remover. Equipment covered with bitumen is thoroughly cleaned, effortlessly, in less than 30 minutes. The ultrasonic baths heat the liquid while emitting ultrasonic waves. These waves cause the molecules in the solution to vibrate, creating micro-friction that enhances the effectiveness of the cleaning agent. VIALAB’s bitumen remover can be reused several times, reducing material consumption. You can adapt your cleaning method to your needs by adjusting the bath temperature and the number of ultrasonic cycles to achieve optimal results.
