Specifically developed to bring agility to construction industry professionals, the Emix is the compact version of the industrial asphalt mixing units well known in the sector.

With a capacity of 2 tons per hour and full automation, it is a versatile machine, suitable for both occasional batches and regular production. Focused on the production of storable asphalt mix, Emix is the perfect companion to VIALAB emulsion production units, allowing immediate application of fluxed emulsions and seamless packaging of the mixture.

To seamlessly integrate into your operations, Emix is fully automated and
optimized, allowing it to be operated by a single person.

Enter your asphalt mix composition, the desired quantity, and start production.
Fully configurable, the unit adapts to your formulas and production goals.
Once the asphalt mix is produced, the Packaging option automatically
collects the mixture and doses it into the containers of your choice. Finally,
the Sealing option seals the asphalt bags, allowing you to deliver a finished
product ready for distribution.

|    PRECISION

In addition to yield and agility, Emix offers the precision of its weighing
equipment. Since the performance of the asphalt mix is directly linked to the
balance of its components, the unit is equipped with four load cells at the
mixer to ensure accurate dosing of the ingredients.

Thanks to its variable speed and negative weighing system, the packaging
screw controls the amount of asphalt in each batch. The discharge values are
continuously adjusted by the machine, resulting in both increased precision
and material savings.

|    YIELD

Featuring a hopper capable of holding 4 tons of aggregates, Emix produces
asphalt at a rate of 2 tons per hour, in 100 kg batches. The conveyor is
adjustable to accommodate aggregates ranging from 2 to 8 mm in size.

To ensure proper coating of your aggregates, VIALAB has integrated a water
injection line connected to a 100 L tank. On the emulsion side, the unit is
equipped with a heated and insulated injection line, allowing you to control
the viscosity and adhesiveness of your binders.

Emix delivers 3,000 tons per year of high-quality emulsion asphalt for road
maintenance, trench filling, and private surfaces—all in a mobile unit that can
be deployed wherever needed.
