Loading system

The bitumen emulsion storage container is equipped with a complete system:

  • Integrated pump (0 to 10 m³/h) for loading operations.

  • Truck dome accessible from a loading platform, equipped with a retractable walkway and a loading arm for safe access.

Control panel

The storage container is equipped with a centralized control panel, allowing simple and safe management of all operations:

  • Centralized control from a single panel

  • Pneumatic emulsion inlet valve

  • Pneumatic emulsion loading valve (via arm or hose)

  • Pneumatic direct loading valve

  • Pump start/stop and speed controller with display, ensuring precise dosing and full control of the flow rate
