PRINCIPLE
Homogenizers like the ATOMIX®, also called colloidal mills, are used in multiple fields for the production of dispersions.
The liquids are injected in the two openings of the ATOMIX® and enter the curved blades of the rotor before being smashed on the surface of the stator. This chock causes the fluids to disperse into small dropplets, guaranteeing the best quality emulsions.
